You’ll help our customers solve their strategic business challenges with solutions, going wide and deep on strategic business value and outomces during sales cycles. This is a business advisory solution consultant role that requires a balance of customer-facing activities and continuous self-development. **What You’ll Do** + **Strategic Value** : Drive ServiceNow’s value as the intelligent platform for end-to-end digital transformation in strategic initatives over multiple years. Craft compelling narratives showcasing our solutions driving business outcomes for our Customers. Demonstrate how we solve industry-specific business problems. + **Technical Expertise** : Holistic understanding and application of platform (GenAI, automation, platform capabilities). Expert in major, minor in others. Knowledge of major transactional systems, partners, etc. + **Teaming** : Work with and lead diverse people in a variety of teams at the same time, like account team, industry team, country team, function team, special interest team, etc. + **Client Interaction** : Spend time with clients and partners to become the strategic advisor, connect with business and leadership to drive the necessary business outcomes for your customers. + **Show and Tell** : Lead discovery meetings with customers to uncover business issues that are real and are relevant and focus on key persona’s and use-cases that matter. + **Focus** : Qualify and focus so that you and the people that you lead spend time and energy on activities that matter to customers. + **Personal Development** : Enable the right people to be their best self and also show up as yourself and be self-aware of your personal style and strengths. + **Showcase** : Help your customers solve their most pressing business issues with value driven outcomes and show customers how to solve business issues and drive growth. **Who You Are** + You contribute to ServiceNow’s vision and deliver complex information in a polished and compelling manner + You prioritize high-value activities, resolve process breakdowns and manage multiple projects + You show calm focus and effectiveness during changing circumstances and you are an early adopter of new technology + You communicate difficult feedback in a compassionate yet clear way, you work with other to achieve compromise through consensu and enhance self-awareness through feedback + Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree & 6 years of experience. + 8-12 years experience in presales or customer advisory roles. + Multiple years of leadership experience in presales, consultation, project and/or in managed services engagements + For many companies this will be the most senior level withing the organization.
