•岗位职责：

•负责自研 NPU 编译器工具链的设计,实现和优化；

•负责后端算子代码生成, 图优化,流水并行优化等开发工作

•分析深度学习模型性能瓶颈，改进编译优化算法，优化编译器性能；

 

•岗位要求：

•具有3年以上的AI编译器相关的开发经验；

•有计算机体系结构背景，熟悉NPU/GPU/GPU芯片架构，有软硬件协同设计经验；

•熟悉TVM或MLIR等编译器基础设施，具有使用这些框架进行AI编译器开发的经验；

•优秀的编程能力:C/C++和Python;

•熟悉LLM模型结构和算子, 熟悉LLM推理优化优先；
