Advisory Services PS Deposit ConsultantWhat does a successful Deposit Consultant – Client Advisory Services do? As a Deposit Consultant within our Client Advisory Services team, you will be a vital partner in driving client satisfaction, ensuring quality service delivery, and enhancing client interactions. Your role will leverage strategic planning and client engagement expertise to ensure long-term strategic success for our clients. You will conduct various deposit-related reviews, provide training, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.
What you will do:
Identify client objectives and deliver tailored suggestions and solutions.Lead training sessions and best practice discussions both onsite and virtually.Review processes and workflows to ensure deposit products meet client expectations and industry standards.Document activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-facing operational format.Communicate customer suggestions for product enhancements and ensure proper handling and follow-up.Collaborate with other department personnel to discuss problems, offer technical assistance, and ensure proper resolution.Monitor service delivery and product performance in close coordination with Account Managers and Client Partners.Develop training materials, client presentation methods, and internal Client Care administrative processes.What you will need to have:
4+ years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, particularly in deposit solutions including DDA, SAV, COD specifications, Central Information System, reports, Retirement Module, Safety Deposit Box, Commercial Analysis, Deposit Charge Off, Sweeps, and related transaction processes.4+ years of experience in deposit operations, including analysis and profitability assessments of deposit accounts.4+ years of experience in banking operations and back-office functions, specifically related to deposits and account management.4+ years of client/customer service support roles experience.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work and/or military experience.Ability to travel up to 65% of the timeWhat would be great to have:
3+ years of training experience in deposit solutions and banking operations.3+ years of experience conducting Deposit Specification Reviews, Tran Code Reviews, EIM Reviews, and TMS Reviews.Certification in banking or financial services.Advanced knowledge of Fiserv Premier Core System functionalities.Experience with client relationship management.This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
