Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of product technical requirements, milestones of various teams, and their interdependencies to create an accurate and effective project schedule. Collaborate with the team to set clear goals for new product launch schedules, ensuring timely shipping support for new products. Oversee risk and dependency management, facilitating prompt decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and drive build readiness, including material, equipment, production lines, resources, and daily progress or yield reporting plans to ensure successful product builds. Lead and drive new product ramping efforts, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders without delays. Monitor and control project and product scope, schedules, and final deliverables to meet stakeholders' expectations, providing regular communication on risks and recommendations to support product-level decisions. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or supply chain management. Minimum of 10 years of work experience in manufacturing-related program or project management, manufacturing engineering, with at least 6 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing. Additional experience and knowledge in consumer product development processes are highly advantageous. Supplier management experience is preferred. Demonstrated advanced knowledge in manufacturing disciplines, excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
