Guardian life is seeking an Advisor Transitions Specialist who will be a critical part of a team that supports the growth of our firm.

Experienced with direct transfer agents and custodians

You will

Manage all aspects of the complex process of transitioning a wealth management advisor 

Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless and world class transition support experience

Support the account opening and transfer of client investment accounts

Actively communicate with general agency and home office personnel

Field inquiries related to transition and broker dealer acclimation 

Advocate for & teach colleagues, agency partners, and financial advisors

Perform comprehensive tracking and data analytics

Support Quality Assurance program by reviewing processed items, reporting outcome and training according to documented procedures

Support operational tasks related to New Accounts and Maintenance items within several platforms

Effectively lead and/or collaborate on department projects and ongoing recruitment strategy

You have

3-5 years of broker-dealer operations or service experience

Ability to create strong working relationships with senior leaders, peers, colleagues, and agency partners

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Deep understanding of account opening and transfers

Knowledge of Pershing NetX360, Envestnet, Charles Schwab, and Fidelity Wealthscape preferred

Strong technology aptitude

Excellent leadership and analytical skills

Strong desire to help resolve complex issues

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes or functions

Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 preferred

Salary Range:

$57,810.00 - $86,715.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
