'-Good knowledge of gas extraction and processing plant operations, production engineering principles and project management
'-Good Knowledge on the international Standards, Specification, Industry Best Practices and evolving technologies to identify and assess them for company use.
'-Good knowledge of HSE principles their application relevant to Oil & Gas industry.

'-Sound communication skills, with good logic and reasoning ability.
'-Management skills related to the functional domain and disciplines.
