Key Accountabilities
• Handles confidential and personally identifiable information (PII) information.
• Maintains HSE related files, handles document management and filing.
• Provides primary interface with ISN, PEC, Browz, etc.
• Supports HSE functions.
• Understands the operations and workflow of the department and company.
• Anticipates and proactively address needs.
• Train others in system usage.
• Assists in coordinating physical/drug screening and collecting background information compliant with DOT regulatory requirements.
• Assists in development and support of HSE training programs.
• Assists as needed with environmental projects and reporting.
• Oversees compliance with state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
• Administrative support- Invoice management, screen mail, e-mail and phone calls, coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel, hotel, and food service.
• Supervises the HSE Departments new vendor set ups, purchase requisitions and receivables.
• Participates with all product lines and communicates various compliance standards.
• Oversees internal review of MSA set-up for HSE vendors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficient in the use of office equipment and related software packages, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Proficient in technical editing (in Microsoft Word), document control, and/or information tracking
• Able to work independently and to initiate administrative improvements; needs limited guidance from supervisor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate and coordinate workflow assertively and diplomatically at all levels of the organization, especially at the senior manager and executive level.
• Excellent organization skills. Ability to keep track of multiple details and establish priorities.
• Knowledge of HSE and DOT is preferred.
• Experience in SAP preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
