Advisor Development Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager to:
• join an established and productive team that works in a very collaborative manner.
• support the team in the execution and delivery of development programs for Advisors and Teams, both in-person and virtual (e.g. Private Wealth Accreditation, New FA Development Program, Top Teams Summits, Family Teams Summit, FA Faculty, Teams Programs, Advisor Development Virtual series).
• work in partnership with Private Wealth Management to handle all aspects on the PWM Accreditation process. This includes tracking, planning and executing different aspects of the program, working with both internal/external stakeholders, and managing all communications/intranet resources.
• work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand the development needs of our Financial Advisors. Then, work to design, develop, and implement programs that address these needs, while ensuring the training programs align to the overall strategy needs of the business.
• engage with employees, work groups, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and leaders across a variety of organizations to integrate approaches to learning, development, and performance.
• develop a solid understanding of external advisor/team-facing resources – specifically, our network of external coaches * third-party partners and how FAs can best leverage them
• be a key partner to field leaders and FAs as an advocate and expert on the topic of teaming and development
• develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of learning initiatives.
• establishmetrics for learning measurement and evaluating training curricula, materials, and programs.

• Weehawken, Chicago: the salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
