Job Responsibilities:

This role entails but is not limited to:-

Responsible for providing HR support and guidance with regards to all areas of Employee RelationsProviding confidential ad hoc advice to employees and being a point of contact for employee’s issues and concernsProviding advice and guidance on employee engagement involving communication strategies, suggestion schemes etcManaging and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee informationAct as the CCUK Data Protection lead, assisting the HR Manager in ensuring the business is GDPR compliantEnsure that policies, procedures and processes are adhered to as per company standards and government legislationDealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary proceduresAssisting on the full 360 Recruitment and on-boarding process for the business, ensuring the PSL is in line with the business needs and company standardsAssisting to ensure that the resourcing plan is adhered to and identify changes as per business requirementsSupport the management of the Apprentices with the allocated Line Managers, Coaches and ApprenticesAssist in generating and continually improving all HR processes and templates.Work with the HR Manager on Learning and Development initiatives, identifying training gaps and sourcing training requirements as per Line Managers requirementsGenerate KPIs as per project requirements, track performance against KPIs and offer improvement suggestionsDeliver / Support Magna training as and when required.Cover for team members as and when requiredStand in for the HR Manager when requiredRaise POs on SAP for approval and sign offSupport the HR Team and Leadership Team with any other project and admin related dutiesPromote the companies HSE policies across the department and plantAny other reasonable duties as assigned by the HR Manager that are not defined in this job descriptionAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
