Family: Financial Planning & Analysis -- Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and strategic financial partners, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive relevant, flexible, and efficient financial planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions.

This is a high impact analyst role driving Navista Network initiative and the continued integration of Integrated Oncology Network (ION). Navista Network’s vision is to empower fiercely independent community oncology practices and their patients by driving practice growth, improving quality of care, facilitating access to technology & innovation, and boosting practice sustainability. This role provides an opportunity for a driven, results-focused professional to support the development and enhancement of solutions that will enable our Navista managed services organization to reach its potential.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably within the healthcare sector. An understanding of practice operations and reimbursement models is a major plus. They should demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning systems like Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools. This position will report to the Senior Leader of Finance, Navista.

Responsibilities         

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning across multiple oncology practices

Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and trends to inform operational and executive decisions

Collaborate with accounting, clinical and operational leaders to understand cost drivers, revenue cycles, and productivity metrics unique to oncology care delivery

Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to operational leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Contribute to the on-going integration of ION into Navista / Cardinal Health, including learning and standardizing reporting in the new Workday ERP

Assist with end of month forecasts, including Workday Adaptive input and modeling

Monitor KPI performance and investigative analytics for operational excellence and to improve overall earnings

Opportunity to expand current analytics tools and work on mapped out KPI initiatives

Proficient at presenting to operational & financial leadership

Qualifications

BA or BS preferred, Advanced Degree preferred

2+ years of experience preferred

Previous experience owning P&L and managing budgets preferred

Prior experience in healthcare is a plus

Prior experience in MpredSO / practice roll-up structure is a plus

Strong financial modeling skills required

Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and storyboarding / storytelling

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, embedded formulas, and financial return metrics

Experience in PowerBI preferred

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800
