Advice Acquisition Strategy, Senior Associate

We are seeking a proven performance marketer to drive incremental high-quality customer growth for our wealth management business through customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing, showcasing innovation in crafting new digital marketing strategies and tactics, along with strong execution skills.

As an Advice Acquisition Strategy, Senior Associate on the Wealth Management team, you will develop, implement, analyze, and report on marketing strategies to acquire customers for J.P. Morgan and Chase wealth management offerings. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end campaign requirements, collaborating with execution teams, and designing testing plans to derive insights that inform offer strategies, targeting, creative treatment, conversion funnel improvement testing, and effective marketing investment.

You will be an excellent communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and delivering high-impact presentations. You will have demonstrated innovation in creating marketing strategies and tactics and possess strong end-to-end planning, execution, and analytical skills.

This position requires close collaboration and integration with data & analytics, digital sales, finance, channel/product owners, product marketing, and the consumer bank and card portfolio growth teams. It is a highly visible strategic role with significant interaction with cross-functional teams and leaders across the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the WM business, customer behaviors, and competitive product landscape to understand best practices in offer, lead generation, and direct response marketing. Lead the acquisition strategy for WM product(s) to increase adoption at the top of the funnel. Collaborate with product marketing teams, funnel optimization, sales strategy, and finance partners to establish growth marketing goals and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them. Formulate hypotheses and develop, prioritize, and oversee a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap. Own the creative strategy process for owned channels, collaborating with marketing execution partners on the development of creative assets and a robust creative testing roadmap. Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Partner with the Analytics team to understand learnings and end-to-end program performance – across traffic, conversion, and account/customer quality metrics. Create executive-level presentations to gain alignment and support from key stakeholders. Identify and prioritize opportunities across channels and share key updates with senior management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with experience in acquisition/growth Experience in managing the creative process from strategy to brief to final assets while maintaining a broad learning agenda Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with the ability to identify and recommend new opportunities Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines Skilled and comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

B2C marketing experience, preferably in Financial Services MBA preferred Financial services industry experience preferred
