Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join the Advertising & Brand Strategy team. This role will support a variety of brand initiatives (with a focus on the Private Bank business) in service of driving brand awareness, product consideration, and a strong reputation for the Citizens.
This role requires a balance of leading campaigns from early strategic thinking and brief writing to creative development and production/execution that help deliver on brand and business objectives.
In this role you will:
Drive strategy – Collaborate with various internal partners and product marketing leaders to understand their business objectives and other components of their full funnel strategy. Build and lead creative strategies with internal and external partners, infusing our unique Citizens POV to guide story telling and creative output.Partnership - Influence and guide team members from product marketing to Lines of Business and other key stakeholders as well as internal and external agencies to develop and execute messaging strategies while driving integration across the enterprise organization.Creative development - Strategically drive the brand halo messaging through integrated campaigns to optimize creative output throughout the funnel. Work to bring the Citizens brand narrative to life across traditional and emerging media, brand activations, photography, video, branch and digital content. Production/Execution – Manage campaigns through from concept to reality by overseeing the production process (pre/shoot/post production) all while aligning key stakeholders internallyMedia/Measurement & Budget Management – Collaborate with upper funnel media team to execute each campaign and share results at key milestones.Brand Team Support – Help with budget management, trafficking and legal approval process throughout post production.Key partners include Product marketing, Greenhouse (internal creative agency), internal stakeholders, external vendors & agencies, Marketing Operations (COE), Legal/Compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalentAbility to plan, develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs including writing creative briefs and driving data-driven insights and testing strategiesProven ability to integrate and deliver with strong partnering and influencing skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutionsTrack record of developing creative solutions and strategies to address complex problemsSelf-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines10+ years marketing and/or advertising experienceFinancial/banking category experience a plusRecent advertising agency (account management) and/or digital marketing experience a plus.Brand MarketingCustomer-Centric MarketingMarketing Strategy and PositioningMotivating OthersOrganizational KnowledgePersistence and TenacityHours & Work Schedule
