We are searching for the best talent for an Advanced Therapies Data Lead!
Responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining the organization data strategy and overseeing the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of the data. As Data Leader, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, secure, and accessible, driving the use of data as a strategic asset across the organization. Additionally, the Data Leader will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data design leads, data asset owners and JJT to ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
+ Ensure data within the domain is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements and governance policies.
+ Manage and define who can access, use, and modify the data, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory and privacy regulations.
+ Act as a key decision-maker regarding the lifecycle management of data (creation, retention, archiving, and disposal).
+ Partner with IMSC Data Leaders and JJT to ensure data consistency across different areas of the business.
+ Work closely with business functions to understand their data needs and ensure data-related decisions meet business requirements.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries within Advanced Therapies.
+ Oversee Implementation and ensure enforcement of data quality controls to ensure data is fit for its intended purpose.
+ Oversee the lifecycle of data, ensuring it is appropriately created, maintained, and retired according to organizational policies.
+ Lead and mentor data design leads and data asset owners within the domain, providing guidance and support in executing data activities.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ A bachelor’s or higher degree is required. Focused degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
+ Master’s degree is a plus
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience
+ Proven track record of managing data assets and ensuring data quality and governance
+ Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modelling, and data architecture principles
+ Familiarity with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality management practices
+ Deep knowledge of the supply chain, including understanding GxP processes and data requirements
+ Great collaboration skills and ability to interpret end user needs
+ Superb communication and partner management skills. Ability to work multi-functionally with business, IT, and data teams
+ Analytical skills and strategic thinking
**Preferred**
+ Proficiency in cloud-based data solution (Azure)
+ Demonstrated software programming expertise and advanced database knowledge
+ Experience across at least two functional areas
+ Experience in supporting large change management initiatives and FPX training
**Other**
+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, depending on business needs (domestic and international)

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
137,000.00 - 235,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
