Perform thorough material decomposition analysis to identify key properties and behaviors. + Resolve customer issues related to physical properties and analytical challenges timely. Provide detailed reports and insights to ensure customer satisfaction and trust. + Work closely with the R&D team to provide critical physical property data and insights. Support the R&D team in resolving any analytical issues related to physical characterization. Drive innovation by exploring new techniques and technologies for physical characterization. Contribute to the development of novel solutions that enhance product performance and reliability. + Manage the physical laboratory status and workload, develop and implement laboratory procedures and best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy. Manage and understand all laboratory equipment, maintain its good operating condition, and complete testing tasks timely. Complete patent application requirements, mentor and train new employees. + Ensure lab to adhere to HSE requirements. Follow SOPs, and LIMS protocols.
