As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive verification and validation strategies and providing strategic technical input to influence product development decisions. Key Responsibilities
+ Deploy DFx (Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Testing, Cost etc.) guidelines for NPI program,
+ Provide technical support to all Global Manufacturing lines,
+ Support/ drive localization activities, cost productivity
+ Maintain yield at acceptable level for all the manufacturing lines
+ Manage ECN/ECO implementation
+ Analyze data, charts & graphs, use six sigma tools
+ Identify & support development of Jigs, Fixtures & Machine requirements.
+ Lead a team of engineers
+ Ability to engage different functions like engineering, procurement, manufacturing etc. to drive projects. Ability to lead CFT meetings.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ 5+ years of experience in verification and validation methodologies
+ Expert level experience in software engineering principles and practices
+ Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.
+ Experience in Cost & Quality improvement projects.
+ Awareness of different quality standards.
+ Sound knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.
+ Experience in Product Performance, Prototyping & Testing.
+ Exposure/experience to working in a global engineering team environment
+ Team player, flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business & task/project priorities
