Advanced Specialist, HR Operations (Portuguese, Spanish and English Needed) City Ciudad de Mexico State/Province Distrito Federal Overview:

Reports to HR Operations Manager.  The Advanced Specialist HR Operations is the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries received by telephone, electronically and in writing pertaining to employment policies and procedures, employee relations issues, payroll questions, organizational changes, HR systems, employee benefits, and performance management inquiries.  Act as a key advisor and subject matter expert on HR policies, programs, practices, and serve as a resource/consultant in tactical and administrative practices across all HR areas. Escalates more complex issues as appropriate and maintains records of all interactions.  

Responsibilities: Expert in HR policies, procedures and processes.Ability to understand and deal with global and regional issues.Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations for Americas region.Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and computer skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management.Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional management without formal reporting relationships.Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Ability to analyze and synthesize information in a concise manner and to make recommendations on strategies to resolve issues.Effectively lead multifunctional projects and initiatives to successful completion in a large, complex organization.Comprehensive HR subject matter expertise in the areas of employee relations, HR administration, shared services delivery model and compliance.Strong SAP, Success Factor Modules skills and background is preferred.Strong Word, Excel and Power point preferred. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business).

3-5 years of experience and/or related experience.

Spanish – Native.

English – Advanced, both spoken and written.

Portuguese – Advanced, both spoken and written.

MS Office, Success Factors, Service Now, Time & Attendance System, ADP.

Support for Brazil, Canada, Mexico and US OneHR.  Answer OneHR calls and respond with assistance and/or triage in system.  Address all OneHR service now tickets, resolve and/or triage.  Audit, approve and triage all special requests.  Support and assist with HR Systems, Payroll Vendor and Tools. Serves as the Ticket Management administrator for OneHR.  Ensures the Knowledge Base provides current HR process and communication information.  Creates and advises on required OneHR templates for employees and managers, ie. verification of employment, unemployment, collection letters, etc.  Upgrade Ticket Management system and Employee Information Management configuration to ensure it meets the reporting needs of current HR delivery model.Assist in HR Ops projects, adhoc reporting and testing. Partner with HRIS, HRTech and Payroll managers on any new system or trouble shooting changes. System updates in Success Factors for employee data changes related to organization changes, workflow approvals, terminations, etc.Implement and administer employee policies and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.Project lead for creating and managing a process documentation project for HR Operations in OneHR.Ability to offer proactive assistance with processes, procedures and programs. Develops and leads process improvements for existing processes based on needs analysis and supports creation of new processes that will increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce costs via multiple paths, i.e. automation, streamlining or eliminating processes.Continuous process improvement and automation projects support.Conduct employee onboarding.
