Job Description:
•Screen the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across MAC industries;
•Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by working\nclosely with the commercial and technology teams and the MAC industry;
•Develop new refrigerant application solution by\ndesigning test rig and conducting system/components level performance test,\nseek for system/components/control level optimize directions and find technical\nadvantages than NBAs;
•Good communication with OEMs, industry associations and related\nsuppliers on how to take advantage of the new refrigerants and avoid troubles in the application, support the new\nrefrigerant Go-to-market;
•Communicate the progress with leadership team through stage gate process;
•Publish achievable paper and patents related refrigerant research and\napplication;
•Communicate with global technology team regularly;
•Ensure all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy;
•On-site troubleshoot on refrigerant application issues.
Qualifications:
•Master in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 5+ years working\nexperience
•OR Batchelor in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 8+ years working
•OR PhD in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 3+ years working\nexperience
•Strong capability on EV thermal management system architecture designing/components developing/performance testing in known factories
•Project experience in EV OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers on new low GWP\nrefrigerants EV thermal management system developing, including R1234yf, R744,\nR290 and blends refrigerants
•Strong fast learning capability;
•Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural\nglobal organization are essential;
•Virtues are required: Optimistic and positive; teamwork spirit;\nresults-oriented; and ambitious to pursue challenging targets;
•Strong test and analysis experience will be a plus;
•Fluent in English speaking and writing.
