**Job Title: Advanced Quality Supervisor** **Location:** Rolle, Switzerland **Company:** HPSS FIRE **Job Overview:** HPSS FIRE is seeking an Advanced Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will report directly to the HPSS FIRE Quality Leader Fire Europe and Smart Edge. This role is integral in enhancing quality management and analysis within the FIRE Europe business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain the HPSS FIRE SwissCo Operational Manual, detailing key activities, obligations, reporting principles, and business processes. + Manage and update the HPSS FIRE Organizational Chart to comply with Swiss tax requirements. + Support internal Tax audits and maintain established agreements with LRDs, Distributors, and CR&D. + Analyze returns against established targets and promote standardization across FIRE Business processes. + Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to identify failure causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** + Technical education in a relevant field (preferably engineering) with a focus on Fire and Quality. + Process-oriented mindset with a strong quality background; experience in quality roles preferred. + Six Sigma Green Belt certification at a minimum. + Proficient in English. + Strong team player with the ability to manage multifunctional tasks and systems effectively. + Familiarity with ISO systems and manufacturing processes would be an advantage. **Why Join Us?** Be part of a forward-thinking company that values quality and continuous improvement.
