Job DescriptionFocus on conveyor systems for future Vehicle Process Engineering (VPE) launches.Support project feasibility, including:Financial requirements and budget planning.Project preparation and planning.Conveyor architecture and system design.Cost estimation and resource allocation (FTE planning).Engineering strategy development and progress tracking.Oversee conveyor, automation, robotics, and facilities in Body-in-White (BIW), General Assembly (GA), and Paint areas.Contribute to Capex reduction, asset reutilization, asset procurement, and engineering design.Collaborate with the Advanced Specialist Manager to lead cross-functional teams.Align projects with company Vehicle Process Engineering goals and strategies.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or HSD5+ years of experience in a manufacturing & Vehicle Process Engineering environmentMinimum 5+ years of engineering experience in project management

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in forecasting and estimating cost for projectsStrong understanding of Conveyor machine and processInnovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated leadership and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook and SQL)Self-directed and motivated to implement change within the direction and scope of Stellantis Senior ManagementProgram Management & GVD timingMicrosoft 365 Tools including Power BI
