As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you\nwill be responsible for leading new product development and sustaining\nprojects in the Supra and Onity product line for the Building Automation (BA)\ngroup. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring the\nsuccessful development and delivery of high-quality products, and contributing\nto the growth and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you'll\nwork out of our Salem, Oregon location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role,\nyou will have a significant impact on the development and enhancement of our\nSupra and Onity product line, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our\ncustomers and align with industry standards. You will collaborate with\ncross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to\ndrive project success and deliver products on time and within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead new product development and\nsustaining projects in the Supra and Onity product line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to\nensure successful project execution
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in\nproduct development processes
• Ensure products meet customer needs and\nindustry standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, issues,\nand resources
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to\nproject team members

• Bachelor’s degree from an\naccredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences,\ntechnology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of engineering\nexperience in New Product Development within a global organization including\nleading at least two software/hardware products into high volume manufacturing
• Ability to work in ambiguity and\nnavigate through complex and uncertain situations
• Strong project management,\ncommunication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills
• Servant leadership approachWE VALUE

Experience in the building\n automation industry and knowledge of industry standards and regulation
Strong problem-solving and\n analytical skills
PMP (Project Management\n Professional) certification is highly desired
