WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Nephrology team in York, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers the opportunity to care for patients with kidney disease across outpatient dialysis centers and the inpatient setting at York Hospital.

What you can expect at your practice:

Deliver care to dialysis patients across 3 outpatient locations in the York areaParticipate in inpatient nephrology consults and rounding at York HospitalConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for dialysis patients.Manage and adjust dialysis treatments based on patient needs and clinical outcomes.Call required (shared among the team), but no weekends or holidaysWork closely with nephrologists and a multidisciplinary team to support continuity of careMonday-Friday daytime schedule

Minimum Education:

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required

Licenses:

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role.
