Position Highlights:

80% Administrative, 20% Clinical (Outpatient/Inpatient)Provide supervision and oversight over all aspects of operations including patient care, customer service, budget, and risk management.Adapt leadership style to support achieving department goals and objectives.Accountable for developing, monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, patient experience, quality, safety, access and team member performance.Ensure compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies and regulations and standards of care.Uphold clinical staff adherence to practice guidelines and competency expectationsResponsible for developing and retaining staff with the goal of developing a highly reliable work teamDevelop metrics to measure successPartner with APP Team Coordinator for APP RecruitmentResponsible for facilitation of coding and billing initiatives, independent rounding considerations, etc.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$93,600.00-$312,000.00. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
