ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Adult Medicine Clinic located on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH.

Full time position (4-5 days/week)  Established, busy ambulatory clinic located at the Medical Office Building on the campus of Toledo Hospital  Provides comprehensive medical services following a patient care medical home model  Currently 2 physicians and 5 APPs Call Coverage: weekly rotation and after-hours call  Clinic hours are M-F, 7 am – 8 pm (flexibility)
