**Position Description**
Delancey Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time, primary care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team in caring for adult patients in the ambulatory setting at their Washington Square and South Philadelphia offices.
The group consists of 14 physicians and 6 APPs who see patients across three locations in Philadelphia:
+ **Penn Medicine Washington Square, located at 8th and Walnut Streets** (split location for this position)
+ **Constitution Health Plaza, located at the corner of South Broad Street and Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia** (split location for this position)
+ Penn Medicine Rittenhouse, located at 18th and South Streets
The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.
**Minimum Requirements**
Nurse Practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Physician Assistant candidates must be licensed to practice as a physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a master's and certification as a physician assistant.
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with at least 2 years of experience are strongly preferred.
