ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Breast Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in our local Sylvania, OH location. Scheduled- Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p Rotating Weekend Rounding (Toledo and Flower Hospital)- weekday schedule adjusted for these weekends Possible Pager Call Busy Plastics office with one Physician and two Advanced Practice Providers Previous plastics and/or wound care experience desired Competitive compensation CME Allowance Onboarding concierge service  Community awareness and education Provide easy access to earn patient referrals  Certificate of Authority to practice. Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification. Physician Assistant: Master’s degree  Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio Certificate of Authority to practice is required. Nurse Practitioner: Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio.
