AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in Southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Rio Grande primary care team.

 

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to provide high-quality, team-based outpatient care while contributing to patient-centered initiatives across our Southern sites. As an APP, you will manage preventive care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and work collaboratively with physicians, care managers, and support staff to improve patient outcomes.

 

AtlantiCare’s primary care practices continue to evolve within the patient-centered medical home model, emphasizing same- or next-day access, integrated care coordination, and meaningful use of electronic medical records. You will be part of a high-performing team focused on providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program (or as grandfathered by NJ law)

Current NJ RN and APN licensure

National certification as an NP in a primary care specialty

Minimum of one year of independent primary care experience preferred

Current BLS certification
