Advanced Operations Support Specialist
**Alternate Locations:** Work from Home **Work Arrangement:** Remote : Work at home employee **Relocation assistance:** is not available for this opportunity. **Requisition #:** 74866 **The Role at a Glance** We are excited to bring on a talented **Advanced Operations Support Specialist** to support the Business Technical Team within Producer Solutions Operations in a work from home environment. _Background Details_ In this role, you will work directly with the business teams to provide expertise and general operational support to ensure success across the Producer Solutions organization. You will work closely to assist in resolving break/fix issues as well as drafting, scoring, and submitting enhancement requests. You will also work closely with production support and project teams to provide business process expertise as well as relaying critical information to the business teams. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on! **What you'll be doing** + You will perform daily technical support functions to ensure that the business teams maintain service levels and the required systems are functioning properly. + You will serve as a business process expert and operate as a liaison between the business teams, business analysts, and our IT team. + You will provide business process expertise for projects that impact Producer Solutions. + You will thoroughly research technical issues reported by the business team as well as new requests needed to support the launch of new products or distribution arrangements. You will provide analysis and impact to PSO leadership and work diligently to resolve all requests. **What we’re looking for** _Must-have experience (Required):_ + 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s). + 1-3+ years of experience working in Operations related processes that directly aligns with the responsibilities of the position. + Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to research and problem solve. + Ability to analyze, convey business/functional requirement and validate solutions. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. + Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). _Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):_ + Compensation or Licensing processing experience. + Working knowledge of Producer Solutions systems such as IMPACT, PMACS, Admin systems (Vantage) and Crystal reports. **Application Deadline** Applications for this position will be accepted through July 28, 2025, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. **What’s it like to work here?** At Lincoln Financial, we love what we do. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
