You will work closely to assist in resolving break/fix issues as well as drafting, scoring, and submitting enhancement requests. You will also work closely with production support and project teams to provide business process expertise as well as relaying critical information to the business teams. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on! **What you'll be doing** + You will perform daily technical support functions to ensure that the business teams maintain service levels and the required systems are functioning properly. + You will serve as a business process expert and operate as a liaison between the business teams, business analysts, and our IT team. + You will provide business process expertise for projects that impact Producer Solutions. + You will thoroughly research technical issues reported by the business team as well as new requests needed to support the launch of new products or distribution arrangements. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.
