As a\nSenior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in leading and managing advanced manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Leadership and you’ll\nwork out of our Mexicali, Baja California location on an On-site work schedule.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational\nexcellence and process optimization.
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity\nand improve product quality.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and\nachieve operational goals.
Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation\nand cost efficiencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business\nobjectives
Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and\nimplement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Development\nand management of Scope of Work (SOW) and HSE&F Management of Change (MOC).
Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Supplier Acceptance Tests (SAT),\nas well as overseeing equipment commissioning.
YOU\nMUST HAVE
Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process\noptimization.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency\nin SAP, Team Center, Corrective Actions Tracking Systems.
Strong CAD/CAM knowledge (NX, Catia, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Experience in tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance.
Familiarity with manual or CNC machining.
Nadcap Special Process experience in chemical processes (cleaning, coating,\npaints, etching), welding, and heat treat.
Oversight\nand management experience of manufacturing equipment such as presses, rollers,\ncutting, shearing, bending, sawing and sewing machines.
Proficiency in automation or semi-automation equipment including water jet,\nCNC, seam weld, TIG weld, MIG weld, spot weld, and winding.
Proven\nexperience in new product introduction and development.
Commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
Commitment\nto continuous learning and professional development.
Ability\nto interpret technical documents such as drawings, specifications, technical\nbulletins, and industry standards.
Experience with root cause corrective action.
Advanced skills in MS Office, along with programming knowledge and familiarity\nwith Power BI or similar applications.
