✨ Qualifications:
✅ Typing & Communication
Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional phone etiquette
✅ Experience & Skills
2+ year of experience in medical office scheduling or relevant admin/clerical work
Familiar with electronic health records and medical record systems
Skilled in using standard office equipment (computers, fax, phones, copiers)
Knowledge of medical ethics, confidentiality, and record-keeping standards (JCAHO/AAAHC)
RHIT or RHIA certification preferred but not required
✅ Education
High School Diploma or GED
Basic understanding of medical terminology
✅ Physical Requirements
Mostly sedentary, with some standing, walking, bending
Able to lift 25–50 lbs and use a step ladder to retrieve and file records
