Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Technician to join our team, specializing in advanced hemostat and wound healing technologies for the medical device industry. This role involves close collaboration with Operations Managers, R&D Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Quality Engineers to manufacture products, support R&D, and assist in operations. Key responsibilities include product manufacturing, assembly of test systems, performance testing, and aiding in manufacturing process development.

ResponsibilitiesManufacture advanced technology products.Assemble test systems for performance testing.Assist in the development of manufacturing processes.Operate equipment related to manufacturing processes.Perform chemical reactions, ensuring chemical safety by knowing when to wear safety goggles and gloves.Verify test results and perform necessary quality checks.Communicate effectively and participate in a team-based environment.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience with quality management systems (QMS).Mechanical aptitude related to general mechanical tools.Knowledge of general testing techniques and good documentation/writing skills.Ability to follow manufacturing processes and procedures.Strong work ethic and critical thinking skills.Advanced written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ISO certified quality management systems is a plus.Self-driven with a strong initiative.Potential for growth into an Engineering role with strong performance.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
