This internship provides hands-on experience in modern manufacturing technologies, with a focus on automation systems, process optimization, and advanced manufacturing techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and eager to gain real-world experience on a global level and an Engineering Tomorrow mentality. This is an onsite, year-round internship at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL. **Job Responsibilities** **Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of manufacturing, testing and material Handling solutions. + Support the development and documentation of projects and standard procedures. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to improve manufacturing processes. + Collect, organize and analyze production data, to identify areas for improvement. + Help integrate new equipment, including robotic systems, PLCs, vision systems, and smart manufacturing tools. + Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving production issues. + Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly workplace. + Other related duties as assigned **Background & Skills** **Required Qualifications** + Senior Industrial / Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Science Student or Equivalent Work experience + Basic knowledge about assembly manufacturing + Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD) and MS.
