**Job Description:**
**General Objective**
To analyze and manage projects for new products introduction, new technologies, transfers, and validation of machinery to increase the efficiency and productivity.
Throughout teamwork, communication, and continuous follow-up with product support team and several suppliers, all the new processes and new documentation generated should be the AME deliverables for all the core team involved with a Master production schedule.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Introduction of new products to current and new manufacturing equipment, including all the validation stages and closure of the open item list.
+ Develop productivity projects based on a demand analysis
+ Develop new technologies and upgrade the current ones to increase the efficiency or capabilities of the machinery.
+ Research and look for new suppliers for different applications for local or sister plants.
+ Manufacturability analysis for new products launching.
+ Documentation generation as a deliverable for machines buy-off and products validations.
+ Design review for new machinery, RFQs generation and automation concepts development
+ Active participation in Capital Appropriation requests for new machinery and project expenses.
+ Tooling and machinery buying follow-up
+ Active participation in procedures and standards creation based on an international quality management system.
**Academic requirements:**
Bachelor's Degree in electronics engineering, bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

- 2D Drawing Interpretation
- 3D Modeling (Basics)
- Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Problem-solving methodologies
- Production Line design based on demand analysis.
- Return of Investment (ROI) analysis for new projects development
- Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Statistical software knowledge (Basic)
- Proficient English
