Advanced Inside Sales Representative
As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes. Responsibilities: • Handle the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries. • Process and manage high-impact customer orders. • Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records. • Qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential. • Record, analyze, and report on detailed sales activities and trends. • Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals. • Resolve highly complex customer issues with products and services. • Collaborate with multiple departments for large-scale orders. • Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects. • Mentor and guide junior associates and peers.
