+ As a member of the company's global technical support system, provide support for product operation, New Product Introduction (NPI), etc. + Provide on-site technical support and service at customer locations to ensure equipment operates properly and meets customer usage requirements. + Remotely assist customers in resolving technical issues via phone, email, etc., providing professional technical guidance and support. + Prepare after-sales service reports and related technical documentation, providing feedback on product usage and common issues. + Collaborate closely with internal R&D and production teams to promptly resolve product technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction. + Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in automation-related disciplines preferred. + Minimum of three years of relevant industry experience; experience in after-sales service for gas detectors or similar industrial equipment is preferred. + Proficient in various network communication technologies. + Possess strong communication skills and ability to withstand work pressure. + Possess excellent written English skills and basic verbal English communication skills. + Able to accept occasional business travel assignments. + Proficiency in PLC debugging is preferred.
