**Position:** **Advanced Field Service Engineer** **Reports To:** Service Manager **Department:** Service To perform the Advanced Field Service Engineer job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill and ability required. **Responsibilities:** ➢ Perform field installation/commissioning/maintenance/audit service for combustion products applied to various types of industrial heating systems ➢ Troubleshoot and determine cause of problems involving primary mechanical and some electrical factors ➢ Disassemble units, repair and replace components of entire products ➢ Discuss operating problems of systems and repairs required with customer maintenance and engineering personnel ➢ Write-up service reports of all work/adjustments and system recommendations for each customer job site ➢ Answer telephone inquiries of customers when in the office ➢ Relay difficulties in the field to R&D and the Engineering team ➢ Assist in the presentation of in-house workshops to train customers and sales representatives involving combustion product lines ➢ Work under minimal supervision ➢ Travel to customer locations worldwide, travel rate is about 70% ➢ Perform other duties as required **Requirements:** ➢ (5+) Years Working experience in combustion or process control related service field ➢ Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology is preferred ➢ Good Oral & Written English ➢ Good communication skills ➢ Ability to read blueprints and electronic schematics ➢ Excellent mechanical aptitude ➢ Ability to use appropriate test and measuring instruments (e.g. fuel gas analyzer, manometer and volt ohmmeter) ➢ Support more than 85% of the current product line ➢ Good application knowledge of at least 2 process lines (Auto, Metals, Glass, Food, Chemical) ➢ Must be a team player and have a positive attitude ➢ Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn ➢ Must work from our Suzhou office during job training period ➢ Driving license with good driving record would be an advantage Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
