Advanced Field Service Engineer

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you\nwill have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise\nto our customers in the Digitization, Modernization, Sustainability, and\nself-direction business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and\nresolving complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software,\ncameras, audio visual and other related equipment. Your expertise and\ndedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field\nservice operations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report\ndirectly to our Field Service Supervisor Manager, and you'll work out of our\ndesignated location. In this role, you will have impact the efficiency,\nproductivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional\ntechnical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to\ncomputer hardware, software, cameras, audio visual devices and other equipment Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our\ncustomers in the Digitization, Modernization, Sustainability, and\nself-direction business unit Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of our\nsolutions Conduct training sessions for customer Stay updated with industry trends and\nadvancements, and provide recommendations for improvement .Provide detailed\nstatus updates to customer on all repairs/ system reports and any potential\nissues that may affect system operation

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service\nengineering, with a focus on ADVANCED troubleshooting computer hardware,\nsoftware, cameras, and related equipmentStrong technical knowledge and expertise in computer\nhardware, software, and related technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nincluding ability to proficiently use meters for troubleshooting electrical and\ncontrol issues Ability to effectively communicate complex technical\nconcepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain\nrelationships. Experience\nwith third party BAS/ software integration.
