You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** The Manager of Advanced Analytics Applications leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering business-facing analytics applications across the Microsoft Power Platform within Global Operations & Supply Chain (GO&SC). This leader will ensure delivery of scalable, reliable, and innovative analytics solutions that empower decision-making across PLAN, DELIVER, TRADE, and other Centers of Excellence (COEs). You will drive the strategic vision of analytics within GO&SC, manage and mentor a team of analysts and developers, and partner with business stakeholders and data teams to deliver applications that simplify operations and improve outcomes. A key accountability is maintaining and enhancing the production analytics environment, ensuring operational continuity, data quality, and user satisfaction. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role—you'll set direction, shape analytics architecture, and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer centricity.
