Advanced Analytics Lead

Work as analytics business partner, understand the business strategies, objectives, key priority, and pain points. Understand business problems & translate business problems into analytical problems & drive the implementation of the solutions with high business impacts. He/she will explain the outcome by identifying trends, creating visualizations with actionable insights.
Key Accountabilities
Independently conducts advanced, complex statistical and quantitative analyses for assigned area. In partnership with business subject matter experts, leads development of advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis projects. Serves as a resource to less experienced team members in development of advanced methodologies and techniques. Proper measure the impact of analytical solutions to the business outcomes Storytelling on insights and the business impact to relevant stakeholders with clear methods/ techniques. Actively enforce communication on the impact of the analytics use cases across OpCo, Regional/Global to drive data-driven mindset Strategic data driven business partner, supports defining analytics roadmaps, builds the organization-wide analytics capability. Ensure user engagement and adoption with training materials and events for data and analytics end usersKnowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, analytics, engineering, information technology or a related discipline Good command in English, both written and spoken 3+ years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science and related field
