**Advanced Analytics Analyst Senior - Cost of Care**
**Location:** Seven Fields, PA; Atlanta, GA; Norfolk, VA; Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Grand Prairie, TX (preferred). This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The **Advanced Analytics Analyst Senior** creates statistical models to predict, classify, quantify, and/or forecast business metrics. The **Advanced Analytics Analyst Senior** will be responsible for analyzing healthcare cost data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance cost efficiency.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Prepares analytical data sets in support of modeling studies. Build, test, and validate statistical models.
+ Publishes results and addresses constraints/limitations with high-level business partners.
+ Proactively collaborates with business partners to determine identified population segments.
+ Trend analytics to identify patterns and predict future trends related to patient care, healthcare costs, and public health.
+ Statistical Analysis and forecasting of trends in medical costs to provide analytic support for finance, pricing, and actuarial functions.
+ Analyzing health data to understand past trends, predict future trends, and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes and optimize resource allocation.
+ Medical economics reporting and ad-hoc analysis relating to cost of care management.
+ Develop actionable plans to enable the identification of patterns related to quality, use, cost, and other variables.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Requires MS, MA, or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, cognitive science, economics, or operations research, a minimum of 3 years direct experience programming large, multi-source datasets with SAS required, and a minimum of 3 years in health care setting; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:**
+ Proven ability to design modeling studies and experience with data models, addressing data quality issues in study design, and constructing robust and efficient analytical data sets strongly preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of healthcare dynamics, including service delivery, reimbursement models, and payer systems preferred.
+ Experience in healthcare finance or healthcare actuarial analytics preferred.
+ Substantial analytical experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
+ Advanced SQL & SAS skills.
+ Oracle Exadata experience preferred.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
+ Additional skills for success are Python, Informatica, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
+ Experience in using Agile estimation techniques such as Planning Poker, T-shirt Sizing, or the Fibonacci sequence to provide relative estimates releated to Cost of Care.
+ The ability to present meaningful results to a business audience, to participate collaboratively in a team tasked to produce complex analyses on a rigorous schedule, and to communicate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
