KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

Guide the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes Work directly with product managers and business guides to comprehend requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives Guide the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence Design and develop generative AI solutions to automate essential activities and enhance user interactions. Configure and deploy digital AI agents using advanced skill kits to boost IT operations efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation ideas and create priority lists for implementation. Integrate generative AI tools into existing systems to improve task automation, contextual assistance, and workflow management. Conduct usability testing and user experience analysis to ensure high-quality AI solutions. Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and agent-based automation to continuously improve solutions.

 

YOU MUST HAVE :

6+ years of experience developing AI-related technology projects (2 years GenAI based projects) Mastery expertise in machine learning or related artificially intelligent technology Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders Ability to guide direct and indirect reports by influence Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.
