Celanese Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Account Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a specified geographic territory in the Bajio area focusing on new business development and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of engineered resin materials and plastics, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include:
Building a robust pipeline of opportunities
Managing all Salesforce data related to assigned accounts
Providing world-class service levels through frequent customer interactions.
Lead the development and implementation of segment/account growth plans, supporting the introduction and sale of new products to customers via translation opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or International Business.3 years of commercial experience in an account management roleExperience in a chemical or plastics companyAbility to reside within the geographic territory and travel 50-75% of the timePlastics knowledge, preferably Celanese material offering or relatedDemonstrated ability to navigate and influence multiple levels of an organizationAbility to understand technical properties of materials portfolioAbility to organize/prioritize and work independentlyProven negotiation skillsBusiness acumen & customer focusExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and SpanishPreferably to leave in Queretaro / Bajio areaCelanese is a global leader in chemistry, producing specialty material solutions used across most major industries and consumer applications.
