**Location: Shanghai, ZhangJiang** **Your challenge** In this role, you have the opportunity to + Contribute to the company’s core competency for manufacturing Ultrasound transducers with high quality and high efficiency, and meeting operation metrics on yield, defects, capacity, and delivery. + Work closely with Ultrasound manufacturing team to keep production lines of Ultrasound transducers running in the desired condition that meets the factory’s operational metrics on yield, quality, capacity, and delivery. + He/She will also work with R& D engineering team to ensure the design and development of Ultrasound transducers meet high standard of manufacturability and/or serviceability. **Duties and responsibilities include:** + With reasonable guidelines, drafts and releases test forms, instructions and procedures for transducers manufactured in the production line. + Participates and contributes to assigned tasks of process standardization/improvement and product quality improvement. + Works on the problem solving on issues found in the production and from the field. + Involves in the transfer and NPI projects as a team member for test process setting up. + Sustains the existing test process for released products in the desired condition to support the production. + Engage in the innovation project as a technical resource to support the delivery of the desire results. **Requirements:** + Education: Bachelor or Master Degree, Majored in Electronics, Computer Communication or other relative. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic device testing; + Familiar with the products failure analysis and PCA troubleshooting. + Experience in the areas of medical ultrasound transducers testing is preferred. + Competencies and skills: + Demonstrated history of solid occupational ethics + Ability to design PCB with Mentor Graphic, Altium or equivalent. + Familiarity with test equipment operation + Ability to operate independently with reasonable supervision; + Ability to participate in a team and support the delivery of desired results + Effective communication skills – incl. but not limited to good verbal, written and presenting skills. + Proficient in both Chinese & English; CET-4 or equivalent certification **In return, we offer you** Describe in two to three lines what tangible and intangible benefits the incumbent will gain in this role.
