What you need:
A degree in Social Work or equivalentRegistered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work EnglandPrevious experience within a Transitions Team or a similar Young adult social care setting is essentialCompleted relevant post-qualifying trainingEnhanced DBS checkExcellent communication and written skills
