これから先、大量生産するDRAMの製品が増えていきますので、PARAM項目の中でも特に歩留まりに関連する重要な測定項目のトレンドシフトがないかどうか？あるいは、プロセス変更に伴うPARAM項目の変動に対して、適切な上下限のlimitを設定しているかどうか？必要に応じて最適なlimit設定をEngineerに提案できる。また、何が変動要因なのか？をhistoryとともにきちんと、整理できるかどうか？を求めています。
また、基本的には業界最先端ですので、新しいことが常に発生しますが、自分から前向きに新しいことに挑戦するmindがあるかどうか？も重要となってきます。
