ResponsibilitiesComplete all necessary safety training and make sure all work aligns with Micron's safety policies.Develop a team culture that emphasizes individual strengths, aligning member skills with valued roles to contribute to overall success.Foster and cultivate connections with crucial internal and external collaborators to guarantee technology transfer and development are in line with Micron's objectives.Define and coordinate projects and programs to achieve transfer and TTMCY objectives.Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, achieving transfer goals.Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams.Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs.Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members.Preferred Education and ExperienceM.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years’ experience in WET.At least 3 years’ experience as a leader or manager.Proven ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships.Ability to motivate and challenge teams to improve organizational efficiency.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.Strong negotiation skills with a creative approach to influencing others.Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills to drive strategic direction.About Micron Technology, Inc.
