The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the best customer experience via email and phone by supporting customers with different levels of tech skills and working as a part of a dynamic team for the Google Ads Product. **Your key responsibilities** · Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support. · Dealing with deadlines. · Communicating with customers through phone(Inbound and outbound calls), email and chat. · Providing accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods. · Being aligned with all procedures, guidelines and policies. · Going the extra mile to engage customers. · Documenting all necessary information regarding each customer interaction. · Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers and teammates at all times. · Promptly reading official communications and acting on them. · Receiving feedback and implementing new directives. · Shifting priorities on the flight to support the needs of the team and adapt quickly to the fast pace of the operation. **To qualify for the role, you must have** · Excellent customer support and ability to adapt and respond to different types of users. · Excellent written (no orthographic nor grammatical errors) and verbal communication skills (clear enunciation). · Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions. · Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. · Excellent typing skills. · Punctuality and commitment. · Knowledge in Google tools: Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc. (desirable) · Proactivity, patience, responsibility, attention to detail and independence. · Problem solving skills (ability to solve issues that aren’t documented in detail, using critical thinking). · Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus to have. **Ideally, you’ll also have** Google Ads Certification **What we look for** · A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion! **Location: Argentina.** **Shift: Hybrid - Full Time.** **Why Cognizant?** · _A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide._ · _Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans._ · _Opportunity to work for leading global companies._ · _Our work environment is diverse, collaborative, and inclusive.
