McCain Foods (Canada) has an immediate opening for an ADR Operator.

 

Able to change the grading screens on requestChanges, disassembles and assembles the ADR cutters. Able to open and close the dump gates to the blancher.Maintains all required documentation including entering SPC data.Must know the proper reporting procedures for FM and ICR’s and can assist in an investigation. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies)

Familiar with Infinity, Process Control, OCAP and basic computer skills. Familiarity within process control testing and entering results into the designated McCain database.Required Length, Type of Experience & Licenses (if applicable)Physical Requirements

Physically capable of performing job duties (e.g., lifting 40 – 50 lbs of potatoes when required)is based upon such factors as ability, special training, experience, prior PEP Ratings, attendance, ability to meet the physical demands of the position, education, length of service, and involvement in additional assignments.  Length of service will be the determining factor when all other factors are relatively equal.  Testing may be required depending on the position applied for. Interviews will be held as necessary and those selected for interviews are determined based on meeting the criteria as noted above. An evaluation period will be used to determine the candidate’s suitability to the position. Shifts are subject to change and are not guaranteed due to scheduling demands.
