ADP Project Manager - Lowell, MA (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-established organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced ADP Project Manager to lead a payroll system transition on a contract basis. This role will guide the implementation of ADP Workforce Now, with a focus on training, processing, and internal system adoption. The position is hybrid, with Mondays required onsite in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities

Oversee the transition from Paycor to ADP Workforce Now, ensuring continuity in payroll operationsAct as the subject matter expert and internal lead for system implementationProcess dual payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees during the migration periodCreate training guides and documentation for long-term useConfigure custom ADP reports based on organizational needsPartner with internal teams and ADP contacts to troubleshoot issues and optimize setup
