ADP Mobility Campaign Technical Program Manager - Level 6
This position is for a Program Manager within the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works) Mobility Campaigns organization.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will have a background in FMS and DCS new business capture, competitive proposal development, technical program execution, and risk management experience. This role is responsible for the following:
• Defining the aircraft configurations for customers seeking new production aircraft, upgrades, and derivatives for AMMM platforms, including the C-130J and P-3 aircraft.
• Supports the campaigns as required to guide configuration development, risk mitigation, proposal development, and pricing
• Works in close coordination with Aeronautics Strategy and Business Development, Capture PMs, Proposal Development, and Engineering and Technology performing teams to envision and price aircraft system and software changes, associated test programs, and sustainment elements for the proposed program that meets customer requirements
• Oversee creation of proposed configuration documentation to meet customer technical requirements. Obtain Chief Engineers Office approval via a Design Review Board that highlight changes from an established aircraft configuration.
• Supports tech leads in development of campaign Program Summary Master Schedule and Proposal Processing Directive (PPD)
• Prepares and briefs proposed technical configurations including system capabilities and features to the customer.
• Developing collaborative business relationships with customer program offices, service requirements staff, Government research teams, and industry/supplier partners
• Accountable for meeting proposal development schedule commitments in a highly dynamic campaign environment
• Developing and executing New Business Funds (NBF) and Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects related to maturing and transitioning mission capabilities for the C-130
• Execute special projects as required
***Travel domestically and internationally, 2-3 trips per quarter***

Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelors Degree or Higher
·Knowledge/experience working with proposals
·Experience with Mobility Platforms technology development, integration and/or test
·Experience in an Engineering environment
·Project Engineering / technical experience
·Experience training and/ or mentoring early/ mid-career staff
·Experience working with team members across multiple organizations
·Experience networking and developing working relationships
·Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
·Degree in an engineering discipline
·Strong Presentation and Technical Writing Skills including Ability to Convey Focused Messages to Internal Senior Leadership and External Customers
·Experience in Export license and Technical Assistance Agreements
·Experience Planning and Executing Production and Modification Programs
·Experience with Government Furnished Equipment
·Experience writing Proposals and white papers
·Experience with competitive and FMS sales
·Knowledgeable and versed with C-130J missions, systems and architecture
·Mission Systems technical expertise across multiple air platforms
·Demonstrated mind set for continuous improvement to drive efficiency via organization development and process automation/improvements
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tailor content details for the target audience
·Confident presenter with ability to address customer questions or commit to a future response, and follow-through
·Proven contributor in a team environment, sharing responsibilities and volunteering to take the lead on technical tasks
·Working knowledge of the LM Aero Risk Management process
·Experience working with international customers and sensitivity to cultural diversity
·Experience with AMMM engineering configuration

·Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
·Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 2-3 trips per quarter
