Kforce has a client that is seeking an ADP Administrator in Columbia, MD. Duties: * ADP Administrator will act as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS * Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of workflows across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and recruiting * Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Compliance to ensure systems meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements * Manage system integrations, data flows, and automation between ADP, iCIMS, and other platforms (e.g., background checks, learning systems) * Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making * As an ADP Administrator, you will troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for HR and recruiting teams * Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and vendor evaluations * Train and mentor HRIS and recruiting team members on best practices and new features
